Notice to Lewis & Clark employees–
The Lewis & Clark event scheduling system will be upgraded this Friday, May 22nd, between the hours of 8 p.m. and midnight. This upgrade to system software will provide us with a more robust and user-friendly, web-based system to schedule spaces. The added features will allow us to automatically route your pertinent event information to our new Lewis & Clark Events Calendar, which will “go-live” in conjunction with the roll-out of our new web site in early June.
Following the upgrade, Lewis & Clark users who want to schedule spaces from off campus may do so without using VPN (Virtual Network Protocol). This upgrade will not interfere with scheduling space as you normally do through the Conferences and Events Office.
