Human Resources is pleased to announce the arrival of Kari Uhlman, our new Employee Training and Development Manager.
Kari comes to us from Olympia, WA, where she was employed as a training consultant by Providence WA/MT Regional Services. She has a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of WA and a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science- Leadership and Organizational Development, from Bastyr University in Seattle. She has fifteen years of experience in training and development and a passion for educating and learning. Her interests outside of work include teaching 5Rhythms™  dance, traveling, hiking, cross-country skiing, and camping.

You may hear from Kari soon as she begins the process of working with our community to implement exciting new programs. Please assist her in her transition to working in higher education and becoming a member of the Lewis & Clark community.
