Tung Yin and George K. Foster will join our Law School faculty in fall, 2009. Tung has taught at the University of Iowa for the past seven years. His areas of expertise include criminal law, white collar crime, national security law, and federal courts. His research also includes constitutional issues arising out of the global war on terrorism. George comes to us from the Dechert LLP firm in New York City.
