Prof. Johnson, Distinguished Speaker
Jeffrey Bain Scholar and Professor of Law Jennifer Johnson was a featured speaker last spring in the Distinguished Speaker Series at American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. A specialist in corporate law who frequently appears as an expert witness in cases around the country, Professor Johnson presented a paper entitled: “Arbitration of Shareholder Claims: Why Change is not Always a Measure of Progress.”
