quick update

Hi folks.  Not too much has been happening lately; just the usual shenanigans and buffoonery.  There have been a lot of papers due and midterms going on this week, so studying has been a priority.  I did get to take advantage of the good weather last Friday.  I meandered over to south campus (grad school area) and enjoyed the grassy knoll with some friends.  Joey brought his ghetto blaster, which really livened things up.  South campus is a nice place to go and relax, maybe throw a Frisbee around, or just chill with some friends.
One of my friends parents were in town this week, so I did have the pleasure of getting some free food in town.  We went to Apizza Scholls on Hawthorne and had the best pizza in Portland.  Everything was scrumptious, and the best par was, I didn’t have to pay!  Whenever your friends’ parents come out to visit, and they offer to take you into town for dinner, you should definitely go.  Don’t get me wrong the Bon has good food; it just gets a little repetitive.
Well, its that time of year when we start to think about classes for next semester.  I think registration is only a few weeks away.  The dilemma with choosing classes is there are so many really awesome classes, but there isn’t enough time to do all of them in one semester.  There’s a scuba diving class, which sound so ill, but I think I’m going to take the rock climbing class instead.
Well I have a big ol’ biology midterm tomorrow, so I’m off to hit the books.
